MEATBALLS
Small round and barrel-shaped balls from beef and pork meat. Seasoned, fried and then frozen.
Ingredients
Beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), potato starch, soy protein, soy fiber, rice flour, salt, sugar, spices (allspice, black pepper).
Preparation
Ready to consume after defrosting and heat treatment using one of the following methods:
1. Convection oven - 13 minutes at 160°C - preferred method
2. Fryer - 5-6 minutes at 170°C
2. Oven - 15 minutes at 200°C
Handling
Keep frozen at or below -18°C
