RAW PORK SKEWERS
Skewer with pieces of ham, layered with raw onion and then frozen.
Ingredients
Pork, onion.
Preparation
Ready to consume after heat treatment using one of the following methods:
a) Grill: 20-30 minutes,
b) Oven: 20-25 minutes at 200°C,
c) Frying pan: fry in a small amount of fat, each side around 5 minutes, then pour a little water and simmer covered for 25 minutes,
d) Convection oven: 25 minutes at 180°C (with steam).
Handling
Keep frozen at or below -18°C
