Cutlet from finely minced pork, fried and then frozen.
Ingredients
Pork, onion, water, bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), potato starch, soy protein, soy fiber, salt, rice flour, plant based spices, glucose syrup.
Preparation
Ready to consume after heat treatment using one of the following methods:
a) Grill: 10 minutes,
b) Oven: 10 minutes at 200°C,
c) Frying pan: fry in a small amount of fat, each side around 3 minutes,
d) Fryer: 2-3 minutes at 170°C,
e) Convection oven: 8 minutes at 200°C.
Handling
Keep frozen at or below -18°C
