Raw burger patty from high quality beef. Available in 100g and 160g.
Ingredients
Beef, water, soy protein, salt, black pepper.
Preparation
Ready to consume after heat treatment using one of the following methods:
a) Contact grill: around 1 minute each side at 175°C,
b) Oven: around 10 minutes at 190°C,
c) Frying pan: 6 -7 minutes, around 3 minutes each side,
d) Convection oven: around 4 minutes at 180°C.
Handling
Keep frozen at or below -18°C for a minimum of 8 months. Freezing can cause product weight loss.
Do not refreeze.
